Court of Appeals Case Affirms Unequal Division of Marital Estate

In the case of David R. Gaskell v. Jane M. Gaskell, 79A02-0805-CV-409, the Indiana Court of Appeals affirmed the division of property following the dissolution of the Gaskells’ marriage, including awarding property to Jane Gaskell and ordering an unequal division of the marital estate. The Court also affirmed enforcement of the terms of a post-nuptial agreement signed by David Gaskell because evidence supported the finding that the agreement between the two was a reconciliation agreement.
